E. The Garrett County Development Corporation consists of a seven-member Board of Directors, who vote on all business of the Corporation, and fourteen advisory members representing key stakeholders throughout the County. Advisory membership is by invitation only, extended by the Board Chair and approved by a majority vote of the Board.
