The Garrett County Development Corporation is a private 501(c)(6), non-profit corporation established in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Comprised of unpaid volunteers from a wide array of backgrounds and affiliations, including members of the local business community and lead county organizations, its mission is to assist in the development and enhancement of the business prosperity and economic well-being of Garrett County.
The Garrett County Development Corporation is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications from interested homeowners for Hemlock Grove, Garrett County's first attainable housing project located in Grantsville.
The development will be a mix of townhomes and single-family homes, and will offer 63 units available for purchase. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
A refundable deposit will be required when submitting an application. Townhome applications will require a $200 deposit, while single-family home applications will require a $500 deposit.
